These are the three steps of transformation. I trained in this program under Misa Hopkins, who developed it while working with Cherokee Elders. It aligns closely with teachings from neuroscientist Kristin Neff. At its heart is the practice of “holding” heavy emotions.

I’m Ingrid, and I’ve devoted years to helping women achieve self-fulfillment. My journey includes depth psychological and shamanic qualifications. The meditations involving “Holding” and “Creation” are particularly meaningful in this context. I combine these practices with conversational coaching in my program.
